It adds a nice citrus flavor! Then, get ready for the kickers! There are FOUR pureed peppers! Jalapeno, Fresno, Serrano, and Habanero! We do add some Tomato Paste to sweeten the mix, but in NO way make it “Mild!” One of our signature seasonings, we finish with high-mineral Himalayan Salt. Kick up in heat! For most, HOT is VERY HOT!
